WHAT IS THE 16 WEEK PROGRAM?
A unique approach to Personal Training, designed for those who have pain, discomfort or movement limitations and want to work collaboratively with a practitioner. You will work to eliminate posture and movement issues, by restoring breathing mechanics, balance to the tissues, and mechanics of human movement.

Our process uses a logical formula for assessing and correcting issues within your movement. We use the methodologies of Functional Patterns and the program is designed to empower you with invaluable insight into your body and movement, as well as the tools and know-how to continue your journey on your own at the end of the program

•16 sessions at Movement 190 training studio or online via Zoom

•ongoing consulting with your coach via WhatsApp messenger

•in-workout and additional video resources to assist your home workouts

•coaching conducted using a concise formula and a methodology that will allow us to observe and dissect your limitations and come up with logical solutions
